As a leading practitioner and SME on Leadership, PMOs, Portfolio, and Program Management, David has been on many board committees across Microsoft and PMI Global.
He has been a Senior Management Consultant Director, supporting C-level stakeholders to achieve their strategic vision, goals, and objectives. These programs have impacted major corporations by over $300M in budget overall and a market capitalization of over $300BN. This includes setting up and fine-tuning existing Enterprise governance structures and PMOs.
David co-founded a Global WWL (Worldwide Learning) Leadership Enablement Community at Microsoft that has over 7,100 members. He leads the strategy and vision for this community, which has created over 350 videos on various topics of leadership, coaching, influence, and communication. This community has positively impacted over 100,000 colleagues at Microsoft since 2020.
David has sponsored, led, coached, and mentored hundreds of project managers, program, portfolio, and PMO leaders across their careers. This includes collaboration and driving transformations with top-tier Big 4 management consulting firms.
As a PMO Ambassador for the Americas, David’s vision for the role is to be a thought leader who fosters a community of practice where knowledge sharing and collaboration are paramount. He aims to champion the adoption of emerging technologies and methodologies, ensuring that delivery and strategy remain agile and responsive to the ever-evolving business landscape. Lastly, he serves as a beacon of best practices, innovation, and strategic guidance across international borders.
In his free time, David loves spending time with his family and friends. He also enjoys coaching children and adults in martial arts. Giving back to his family and community, which has made him successful to date, is his number one priority.
