In collaboration with the Latvian National Project Management Association and EPMA – Estonian Project Management Association
We are pleased to announce a virtual national benchmarking workshop taking place on December 15 (online), 15:00–17:00 Latvia/Estonia time, bringing together PMO leaders and sector representatives from across Latvia. This session focuses on establishing a national PMO maturity baseline, supported by real-time insights from the Latvia & Estonia PMO-MI® Dashboard.
During this two-hour virtual session, participants will:
✔️ Understand how the PMO-MI® Maturity Model provides a structured lens for assessing PMO capability and contribution
✔️ Interpret national maturity results at both overall and service-domain levels
✔️ Identify sector strengths, weaknesses, barriers, opportunities, and systemic capability gaps
✔️ Prioritize actionable initiatives that can be supported by IPMA Latvia, AIPMO, and consulting partners
✔️ Nominate sector representatives for follow-up actions
