This two-day workshop offers a practical and strategic approach to People Analytics.

It provides investigative frameworks and techniques reinforced by a variety of HR and business case studies. The aim to help delegates develop a fact-based understanding of workforce behaviours and a foundation from which they can offer insight that drives people and business decisions. A key feature of the workshop is to provide delegates with a methodology for developing a People Analytics Strategy that will focus on the specific context of their own organisation.

Sam has 15 years experience in the field people analytics and strategic workforce planning as a practitioner, consultant and educator.

His primary expertise is to enable individuals and organisations to make accelerated progress on the People Analytics journey.

Sam is founder and managing consultant at Workforce Dimensions Limited who partner with organisations seeking to understand and maximise the contribution their people make to business success.

He is a Senior Lecturer in People Analytics at Middlesex University in the UK and a member of the CIPD HR Analytics Advisory group.

Formally Sam was Head of Workforce Analytics and People Reporting at British Telecom.

Accomplished Human Resources Leader with over 20 years’ experience, Mark brings demonstrated strategic and tactical skills, he sets vision and at the same time has a very hands-on ‘role up the sleeves’ approach – a true developer of people.

Operating across the Middle East, Asia, Europe, UK, North America regions at Director, SVP and Group level HR positions within leading global brands such as The Emirates Group, G4S Security, Lime Rock Partners US Private Equity, Tyson Foods.

With a highly commercial focus on sustainable growth and capability of an organisation; he is a proven leader, trusted adviser, respected coach and HR entrepreneur.

Mark holds qualifications in Human Resources Management, Learning & Development and Organisational Strategy; a chartered member of the U.K CIPD and the Australian HR Institute. Accreditations and course work within emotional intelligence, psychometric delivery & assessments, coaching & mentoring frameworks and facilitation & instructional design. Additionally, a member of the Drake University coaching faculty, Director of USA based Bâton Global Advisory Board and Lead Associate of Workforce Dimensions in the Middle East.

Mark actively participates as a keynote speaker, panelist and contributor to global think-tanks on topics such as, business transformation, change management, culture engagement, talent capability, leadership, organisational design and guidance, learning frameworks, driving people analytics and employee motivation.
