Empowering PMOs in Developing Countries to Transform Projects, Organizations, and Communities
Together, we empower change
This consulting, typically valued at over USD 50,000, is offered on a pro bono or low-cost basis as part of AIPMO’s initiative to give back and support PMO growth.
Are You a PMO Manager in a Developing Country?
As part of our commitment to ESG and global development, AIPMO is offering organizations five days of consulting on a pro bono or low-cost basis as part of the case studies used in the certification courses to PMO Managers in developing countries to design, improve, and transform PMOs, driving lasting organizational and community impact.
Projects shape the future of organizations, and getting them right is key for lasting impact. The three key success factors of project success are:
- Selecting a competent project manager
- Implementing effective governance
- Building a high-performing and collaborative PMO
The PMO is uniquely positioned to influence all three factors, making it a cornerstone of project and organizational success.
🌍 The next round of this initiative will take place during the IPMO-P course on Aug 9–13, 2026, Zurich (Switzerland) and Live Virtual.
