Dr. Ralf Müller
Dr. Ralf Müller is a Professor of Project Management at BI Norwegian Business School and a former Associate Dean for the BI-Fudan MBA programs in China. He also holds adjunct professorships at Dalian University of Technology and the University of Technology Sydney. His governance roles include membership in the Senate at ISM University, Lithuania, Chair of the Advisory Board of the International Association of Project Management Officers, and Board member of the Institute for Project Management at the University of Iceland. He directs the Research Lab at the European School of Governance.
Since 2003, Dr. Müller has received numerous research grants from institutions like the SSHRC, NSFC, PMI, and the Norwegian Center of Project Management. His research, which focuses on governance, leadership, and PMO-related topics, has garnered global recognition and awards. His findings have been published in over 250 works, and he frequently speaks at major global conferences such as IRNOP and the European Academy of Management Conference. Dr. Müller has won several awards, including the 2019 IPMA Global Research Award, the 2019 Walt Lipke Award for Project Governance Excellence, and the 2015 PMI Research (Lifetime) Achievement Award. In 2003, EDAMBA ranked his doctoral thesis among the top eight best in business and management. Before academia, he worked in the industry for 25 years, managing global IT projects and consulting organizations, including as Worldwide Director of Project Management at NCR Teradata. He earned his DBA from Henley Management College and his MBA from Herriot-Watt University. He is Editor-in-Chief of the Project Management Journal and a member of various academic and professional organizations.

Dr. Mladen Radujković
Prof. Dr. Mladen Radujković is a distinguished expert in project management with a multifaceted career. He is a Professor of Project Management and Head of the International Doctoral Study in Project Management at Alma Mater Europaea University (AME ECM) in Slovenia. Additionally, he was a visiting professor at Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST) in Wuhan, China, from 2016 to 2019. In 2018, he was elected a member of the European Academy of Sciences and Arts (EASA) in Austria and honored as a Fellow of the International Project Management Association (IPMA). Recently, he was appointed as the PM² Alliance Chair of the Academia and Universities Advisory Committee in Brussels, Belgium. Prof. Radujković also owns a consulting company, Project, Program and Portfolio Expert (PPPE). He serves as President of the Croatian Association for Project Management (CAPM), where he played a key role in founding the regional PM association, SENET.
For over 25 years, he was a Professor of Project and Construction Management at the University of Zagreb, Croatia, where he held leadership roles, including Vice Dean for Research (2002-2006) and Dean of the Faculty of Civil Engineering (2006-2010). He was also a member of the Rector’s Collegium at the University of Zagreb from 2010 to 2011. Since 2017, he has continued his academic career at Alma Mater Europaea University ECM Maribor, where he serves as Head of Project Management and is a member of the Senate.
Prof. Radujković's extensive career spans numerous roles, including site engineer, project manager, consultant, and academic. He has held leadership positions in various organizations and has been actively involved in the IPMA, serving as Vice President for Education and Research (2007-2012), President (2013-2014), and Chair of the IPMA Council of Delegates (2014-2017).
He has designed and delivered over 80 seminars and workshops on project and construction management and led 16 research projects. Prof. Radujković has published over 200 papers, over 50 in international journals. He has also delivered keynote lectures at 40 global conferences and consulted on over 100 complex European projects.
Dr. Robert Joslin
Dr. Robert Joslin is a management consultant, instructor, and founder of AIPMO. With over 20 years of experience, he specializes in designing and managing business transformation, reengineering, infrastructure, and strategy development projects across telecom, banking, insurance, manufacturing, military defense, and direct marketing. He has worked for renowned organizations like McKinsey & Co., Logica, and his consulting company.
Dr. Joslin is widely recognized for his extensive publications in project management, including best-selling books such as PMO Services and Capabilities and PMO Principles and PMO Services Principles. He is co-authoring an international standard and developing a framework-based methodology for PMO and project management. His works, which form a Body of Knowledge for AIPMO, have established him as a leading expert.
He also contributes to academic and practitioner conferences and is a peer reviewer for three project management journals. Dr. Joslin was part of the core team that created the Project Portfolio Standard V4 and reviewed the Program Management Standard V4 pre-exposure draft. Known for his ability to abstract ideas and apply concepts across sectors, he excels at developing innovative solutions and transitioning them into practical implementation.
Dr. A.J. Gilbert Silvius
Dr. Gilbert Silvius is a distinguished lecturer, researcher, and consultant specializing in project and information management. With over two decades of experience in organizational change and IT projects, he is a prominent member of the international enable2change network.
Dr. Silvius has an impressive academic portfolio, publishing over 100 academic papers and several books. He also supervises research at multiple universities across Europe. Notably, he initiated and developed the first MSc in Project Management program in the Netherlands, solidifying his reputation as a leading expert in sustainable project management.
Before transitioning to academia, Dr. Silvius spent 12 years in the armed services, after which he joined Getronics as a consultant specializing in business and IT alignment and project management. He eventually led a division of Getronics Consulting before moving to the HU University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands in 2002, where he became the first professor at the HU Business School.
Dr. Silvius holds a PhD in Information Sciences from Utrecht University and master’s degrees in Economics and Business Administration. His contributions to the field have been recognized with several honors, including the 2013 Sustainability Award from the Green Project Management organization and an Honorary Fellowship from the International Information Management Association.
Dr. Peter Kaul
Dr. Peter Kaul, Fellow of the British Computer Society (FBCS CITP), is a partner and the global head of the PMO Innovation Center at KPS AG. He is responsible for international IT and SAP initiatives. He has a proven track record of successful programs and projects across more than 20 countries, including the US, Latin America, APAC, and Europe. Having been involved in successful digital business transformations across various industries, he has extensive experience navigating complex and rapidly changing environments and values cultural diversity.
Peter is also a passionate trainer, academic researcher, supervisor, conference speaker, and author in organizational design, governance, and project management offices. Alongside a team of experts and researchers at AIPMO®, he is developing the first universal maturity standard for PMOs, a focal point of his doctoral research. Peter has published several academic papers on PMO success and PMO maturity and serves as a reviewer for various international conferences, including PMI, the Academy of Management, EURAM, and IRNOP.
Dr. Reinhard Wagner
Dr. Reinhard Wagner is the Managing Director of Tiba Group Services GmbH, Munich, Germany. He has over 35 years of experience in project-related leadership across diverse sectors, including automotive, engineering, consultancy, and various non-profit organizations. As the Managing Director of Tiba Managementberatung GmbH, a leading project management consultancy in Munich, he assists executives in transforming their companies into project-oriented, adaptive, and sustainably successful organizations.
Dr. Wagner is a prolific author, having published 36 books and numerous articles and blog posts on project, program, and portfolio management. His extensive contributions to the field include more than 20 years of voluntary service to the German Project Management Association (GPM) and the International Project Management Association (IPMA), where he held various leadership roles, including President and Chairman. His international commitment has been recognized with the Honorary Fellowship of IPMA and several honors from IPMA’s member associations.
In addition to his professional achievements, Dr. Wagner is a Senior Lecturer at Alma Mater Europaea and completed his doctoral thesis on the concept of Project Society. His career is marked by a deep dedication to advancing the practice and understanding of project management on a global scale.
Dr. Hans Georg Gemünden
Dr. Hans Georg Gemünden is the Technology and Innovation Management Chair at Berlin University of Technology. Prof. Dr. rer. oec. habil., Dr. h. c. rer. oec. et soc., he holds a full-tenured professorship at Berlin University of Technology, where he chairs Technology and Innovation Management. From 1988 to 2000, he served as Director of the Institute for Applied Management Science and Corporate Strategy at the University of Karlsruhe, and as Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration from 1990 to 1992. He obtained his “Diplomkaufmann” (equivalent to an MBA) and his Dr. rer. oec. from the University of Saarbrücken, and completed his habilitation at the University of Kiel. On May 9, 2014, Hans Georg Gemünden received an honorary doctorate (Dr. rerum oeconomicarum et socialum) from the University of Kiel. He was Vice Dean of the Faculty for Management and Economics at Berlin University of Technology from 2003 to 2007, and from 2004 to 2007, he oversaw the Industrial Engineering Program and introduced five new Bachelor’s and nine new Master’s programs. The Industrial Engineering Program is the largest teaching program at TU Berlin, involving six of its seven faculties. Since 2013, he has been a director of the enlarged Academic Senate of TU Berlin.
Gemünden studied business administration and psychology at Saarland University (Saarbrücken) from 1970 to 1973. He worked there from 1973 to 1979 as a research assistant at the bank chair at Jürgen Hauschildt and did his doctorate in 1979 on transaction marketing. From 1979 to 1982, he worked as a research assistant at the Chair for Organization at the Christian-Albrechts-University in Kiel, also at Hauschildt. He habilitated in 1986 on the topic of information behavior and efficiency.
He has published in international journals, including Creativity and Innovation Management, the Journal for Controlling & Management, Schmalenbach’s Journal for Business Research, the Journal Leadership Organization, and the International Journal of Project Management. In the Handelsblatt business graduates ranking in 2009, the research output of 2100 economists in Germany and Austria analyzed German-speaking Switzerland in terms of the quality of publications since 2005, and it reached number 63.
