PMO type

A category of PMO determined by its domain of control, domain of influence, services offered, types of supported endeavors (project, program, portfolio, other), and positioning within the organization. For example, if the services primarily involve reporting and sensemaking, and the PMO is located within the finance department with a domain of control across all projects in the organization, it is classified as a Finance Reporting PMO.
