Day 1: PMO Maturity and Impact – From Assessment to Organizational Insight

The first day of the workshop, PMO Maturity and Impact, will explore the evolution and application of maturity models specifically designed for PMOs. Participants will examine performance insights using the PMO-MI® assessment tool across various organizations and sectors. Through expert panels and collaborative workshops, they will apply a new diagnostic model based on four key domains—Strategy, PMO Management, Project Management, and Leadership—to identify performance gaps. The session will conclude with participants co-developing a PMO Vision, Mission, and Strategy for 2030 or outlining tangible steps to enhance project and portfolio delivery.

Day 2: Complex Projects Masterclass – Risk, Methodologies and Gamification

On day two, the Complex Projects Masterclass will tackle the intricacies of managing large, high-risk initiatives. Drawing on cutting-edge research and real-world case studies, participants will learn how PMOs and project leaders can anticipate and address common failure conditions. The afternoon will feature an interactive, team-based challenge where participants will design and test tailored project methodologies under time constraints. This exercise will underscore how leadership, communication, and team dynamics impact project outcomes and effectiveness in complex environments.
