Dr. Suvi Hirvonen-Ere is an experienced leader with 25 years of expertise in profitable and sustainable growth, including 20 years in leadership and negotiation and over a decade in C-suite/board advisory roles. She holds two doctorates: a Doctor of Laws (2021) and a Doctor of Science in Economics and Business Administration (2024), with a focus on growth, strategic competitive advantage, commercial & contract management, project management, ESG, and change. In 2025, she earned Adjunct Professor/Title of Docent in contract management.

Suvi has held senior leadership positions at corporations such as Nokia, NSN, Accenture, Honeywell, and Sonera, driving business growth via commercial and contract management,  strategic transformation, and operational excellence on a global scale. She has led large multicultural and multilingual teams, delivering measurable impact in areas such as growth, legal, commercial and contract management, risk management, supply chains, stakeholder engagement, and business turnarounds.

Suvi currently chairs the scientific board at PRY and is an invited PRY board member, and serves as a Global Advisory Board Member with organizations such as WorldCC and Briight. A frequent conference speaker, she advises C-suites, SMEs, and start-ups on business development, strategy execution, and transformation. With strong expertise in negotiation, leadership, and ESG, Suvi is known for her ability to inspire, mentor, and guide senior executives and professionals while ensuring lasting organizational impact.
